Felix is a popular bar in the happening Fitzroy Street, and consists of a lounge type area with two large windows enabling you to watch the eclectic crowds pass by whilst sipping on a drink. There is also an atmospheric eating area further to the rear of the bar with a very attractive looking menu. The bar staff are friendly and efficient. We popped in here for a chilled out drink and found Felix the perfect venue to relax and chat to the sounds of some nice trancey tunes on a late Friday evening. Look out for the specials board and snap up a bargain cocktail.

Beer Garden
Excellent for functions or just chilling out, the courtyard out back is a lovely spot away from the hustle and bustle of Fitzroy Street.

The soothing sounds of the English accent were echoing all over Felix.

Upstairs is:

Concealed black doorway on Fitzroy Street is the home of Black Door. Walk up the frightfully long carpeted staircase and you will enter a massive room full of couches, long red velvet curtains, and a bar with matching groovy stools. There's a tiny dance floor, and a balcony to wander out on to which looks down on to the happenings of Fitzroy Street. This is a place where you can have a dance or sip on a cosmopolitan. The decor is superb and it's all very inviting.
Music Most Nights
The music being pumped through the speakers made us want to get up and dance. Some fantastic tunes were played and you could still hear what the person next to you on the couch was saying, which of course may or may not be a good thing. If it's not a good thing then don't fear, as the room is big enough to find another place to safely hang out.
